300-700 GSM, ring-spun or zero-twist cotton, available in solid dyed, jacquard, yarn-dyed stripe, and dobby border finishes
Bathrobes
Shawl collar, kimono, and waffle weave styles in 350-550 GSM terry or lightweight waffle fabric with custom embroidery options
Bed Linen
200-400 thread count in percale or sateen weave, available as flat sheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcase sets

Our Process
How We Work
Fabric Selection & GSM Testing
Our sourcing team selects greige or finished fabric from approved mills, conducting GSM weight tests, shrinkage analysis, and colourfastness evaluations to ensure the base material meets buyer specifications.
Sampling & Counter Samples
Counter samples are developed within 10 working days, replicating buyer-approved designs with exact fabric weight, stitch density, and finishing treatments. Samples are shipped with full specification sheets for buyer approval.
Production Quality Control
In-line quality inspections are carried out at 30%, 60%, and 100% production completion, monitoring dimensions, weight consistency, stitching quality, and colour matching against approved lab dips.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (AQL Level II)
Final inspection follows AQL Level II acceptance criteria with checks on packaging integrity, labelling accuracy, carton markings, and randomly sampled product measurements before container loading.
