How it works
Cotton Sourcing
Procure premium long-staple and extra-long-staple cotton from Pakistani growing regions, ensuring fiber quality meets the specifications for each product category.
Manufacturing Oversight
Place production orders with certified mills, monitor weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes, and conduct in-line quality checks at each manufacturing stage.
Quality Assurance
Test finished products for GSM weight, colorfastness, shrinkage tolerance, and dimensional stability. Ensure compliance with OEKO-TEX or GOTS standards as required by the buyer.
Packing & Shipment
Apply custom branding, labeling, and packaging per buyer specifications. Coordinate containerized shipment with full export documentation to the destination port.
